Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic IT Change Management Trainer and Coach to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth transitions during IT implementations and upgrades, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Training Development and Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on IT change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Customize training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences within the organization.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to IT teams and other stakeholders, offering guidance and support throughout the change management process. Help individuals and teams develop the skills needed to manage change effectively.
Change Management Strategy: Collaborate with project managers and leadership to develop and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives. Ensure strategies are scalable and adaptable to various projects and initiatives.
Communication and Engagement: Develop communication plans that articulate the vision, benefits, and impacts of IT changes. Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding, buy-in, and support for change initiatives.Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities. Regularly assess and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices in change management. Advocate for and lead initiatives to improve change management processes and tools within the organization.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT change management, with a strong background in training and coaching.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100,
  • 00 - Php180,000.00 per month
