Must be Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
Must have excellent communication and business writing skills
- Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written
Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops- Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables
Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
With experience in life insurance- Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage
Familiarity with Data Mapping Document
