Primary Functions:
-Work with internal IT resources and/or external on implementations, enhancements and support for our ERP ECC 6.0 systems and S4 HANA system (core ERP, replication and Central processing)
-Requirement gathering for any additional SAP SD and LE functionality, and process change. Provide fit gap analysis and available options on solution.
-Capable of building and reviewing business and technical documentation to ensure test plans meet technical and business requirements.
-Support system changes through configuration and enhancement including provide Functional specification on ABAP program changes in the SD and LE area(all RICEF and performance enhancements).
-Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support.
-Working knowledge of SDLC project methodology (i.e.; ASAP, SOLMAN).
-Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics Management.
-Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-BA/BS Degree is required with minimum 5 years of experience in SAP support and at
least one full cycle implementation.
-Good understanding on SAP SD and LE module
-Very good understanding of various SAP system landscapes
-Solid understanding of business processes in and around all aspects of Sales and Distribution. Nice to have understanding of production, materials management and
finance in manufacturing and Semiconductor industry environments.
-Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).
-Flexible working hour arrangement (May require during project period).
-Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 SD and LE module. Experience in S/4 HANA a plus.
