Functions
1. Undertake the needs and problems of business departments and convert business requirements into development requirements.
2. Responsible for organizing the test confirmation and user training of business departments users.
3. Create high level process definition documents and related artifacts as output of a Business Requirements Review.
4. Analyze, plan, and manage business and/or operational demand from different functions.
5. Facilitate and negotiate process review discussions with key stakeholders.
6. Responsible for defining and optimizing demand management processes and priority criteria.
7. Solution minded and has ability to define key goals and future status, determine success factors, and understand the constraints, challenges and risks of each need.
8. Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct Business Requirements review and lay out recommended future state landscapes.
a.) Responsible for the organization and stakeholders to confirm the solution;
b.) Responsible for following up the entire process of requirements from development to testing and launch.
9. Work with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected (for example, information on the transactions owned by particular roles)
10. Support the process design delivery for business reviews conducted and walk-throughs to communicate process changes and validate the proposed solutions.
11. Manage the expectations of the business teams and network teams and be able to make the functional launch plan reasonably.
12. Manage agile development teams and identify application centers that undertake requirements to meet changing business needs.
13. Provide regular status reporting for multiple stakeholders.
14. Performs professional communication written or other forms like Minutes of Meeting, business review feedback collection, others.
15. Undertake KPI assessment including requirement delivery timeliness rate, system stability, others.
16. Training ability, able to actively and effectively complete work transfer and system content transfer.
Job Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
2. Ability to communicate information effectively with others, to quickly grasp the main points and quickly coordinate resources.
3. Strong elicitation and collaboration skills to influence outcomes and manage expectations as well as issues.
4. Experience in facilitating inception workshops and identifying business process needs involving multiple stakeholders.
5. Experience in working in a cross functional environment to source information, interact with diverse groups (multicultural) and facilitate in delivering positive outcomes.
6. Demonstrate openness to new ideas as well as willingness to learn with the desire to make a difference.
7. Business knowledge and process design skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Understand the difference between agile and waterfall development
10. Understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
11. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English with Mandarin is a plus
12. Background in Telecommunications industry is a plus but not necessary.
13. Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City, TFC and/or Udenna with Hybrid Work Method rendering one (1) Workday as Work- From- Home while four (4) Workdays are on site/ in office work mode.
14. Eager learner with good work ethics and copes well in a startup company like DITO.
15. Relevant experience/ exposure and/or training in Project Management, ITIL or other frameworks. A certification is a plus.
