QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:- With a Bachelor's Degree, Major in Business related course.
With 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst.- Data analysis: Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve business performance.
Process analysis: Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and gaps.
- Reporting: Creating and developing reports that provide insights into business performance of the planning department.
Report maintenance: Maintaining and updating reports to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.- Report distribution: Distributing reports to stakeholders, such as business users in
Planning department, managers, and executives, through various channels, such as email or Tableau dashboards.
- Report automation: Automating the report generation process using tools such as business intelligence software (Tableau, Alteryx), to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Report customization: Customizing reports to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders and departments.- Report analysis: Analysing report data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic decision-making.
Documentation: Documenting business requirements, process flows, work instructions for reports.
- Continuous improvement: Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing enhancements to drive business value.
