Job Description
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or relevant studies.
2+ years of professional experience as IT Business Analyst- Proficiency in Business Process and Analysis and Project Management.
Experience using any development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum)
- Knowledgeable in conducting or leading scrum ceremonies and agile practices.
Knowledge or previous experience in participating API / System Integration and Manual Testing is a plus.- Any relevant certification is a plus but not a requirement.
- Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Identify, investigate, and research company requirements for improvement or new solutions.- Develop efficient solutions based on company requirements, including generating new workflows, operations, and specifications.
Oversee the migration or implementation of new policies and conduct staff training.
- Collaborate with management to ensure new policies meet company requirements.
Generate manuals, reports, and necessary documentation.- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
