Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support.
Must have excellent communication and business writing skills- Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written
Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables
- Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage- Familiarity with Data Mapping Documentation and Integration
He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:
Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog
Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog
Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog
Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.
Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
