IT Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The IT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions . As a key liaison, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into comprehensive technical and functional documentation. He/she must have a strong background in documenting BRDs, FRSs, and SRSs, along with experience in facilitating UATs and user trainings, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our dynamic organization.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Preferably with at least 2 years work-related in documenting BRDs, FRSs, and SRSs in IT projects. QA experience is a must.

Facilitation skills for UAT sessions and user training.

• Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.

Strong communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
