The Business Analyst focuses on the end-to-end testing based on designed user experience by interacting with different hardware, databases, applications, and systems.
Check that the functionality that is delivered works based on test cases
Find errors and test software functionality through random, unplanned, and informal testing.
Test software's reliability, scalability, performance, and usability.
Ability to ask strong questions to help the team see areas that may lead to problems in the user experience
Perform regression testing when there are software code changes in existing features and functionalities.
Ability to document requirements formally using Jira or Microsoft applications
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
(Preferred but not required) Technical Knowledge and Tool Proficiency to understand different programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
Perform other functions related to projects as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related courses.
- With experience business analysis and software Testing/Quality Assurance .
- Knowledge on the following:
