Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Business Analyst - Banking at Collabera Digital in BGC, Taguig City, allowing for some remote work. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong Business Analysis background with at least 5 years of experience in the field focused in the Banking industry
• Experience in Business Requirements and Business Processes documentation creation
• Experience in Stakeholder management
• Excellent knowledge in the Agile process and SDLC
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
• Should be available for immediate deployment
