IT Business Analyst

Analyze and document business processes and requirements.

Work with stakeholders during requirement elicitation to refine user stories.

Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team!

Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Maintain a centralized business requirement documentation.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques

Experience with Agile methodology
