Job Summary
As an IT Business Analyst (Specializing in Camunda), you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business process automation solutions using the Camunda platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements, model business processes, and ensure the successful deployment of workflow and decision automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze current processes, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Process Modeling: Design and model business processes using BPMN, CMMN, and DMN standards within the Camunda platform.
- Solution Design: Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for workflow and decision automation solutions.
- Implementation: Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement, test, and deploy Camunda-based solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new processes and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed solutions, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of process designs, implementation steps, and user guides.
