Title: IT Audit Team Lead
The
IT Audit Team Lead oversees internal audit projects focusing on cyber/data security, IT compliance, and operational concerns within the assigned region. Responsibilities include planning, risk assessment, recommendations, and team supervision to ensure timely and high-quality audit reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the IT audit plan for the Jollibee Group, collaborating with senior management and using a risk-based approach.
- Execute the IT audit plan for the assigned region, manage resources effectively, and innovate audit approaches as needed.
- Coordinate IT audit activities with external auditors and other assurance units to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Lead information systems reviews, investigations, and fraud analyses, recommending corrective actions and collaborating with relevant parties.
- Communicate audit results clearly through written reports and conferences, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and address residual risks, reporting significant issues to senior management.
- Develop and mentor IT audit staff, identify training needs, and foster career growth.
- Maintain technical expertise in IT auditing and apply leading practices, conducting external benchmarking as necessary.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Information Systems, or Accountancy preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT auditing or relevant information security roles, with expertise in IT business processes, controls, and systems.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Audit Planning, Business Process Documentation, Risk Identification, Audit Data Assessment, Results Communication, and Fraud Risk Analysis.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or possess a Certification in Auditing and Information Security Domains (CIA, CISA, CISM).
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
