- Ensures computer hardware is well maintained:
a. POS server
b.POS registers
c. Work stations at back office
- Ensures successful updates of system and masterfile.
a. POS server successfully processed start of day and end of day
b. System maintenance successfully effects at registers
c. HRMS is regularly uploaded
- Ensures transactions data for the day are intact, complete, supported by back up and secures confidentiality.
