The IT associate is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data, and voice communications activities in the HOTEL.
- Responsible for all technical support for the Hotel's internet server, HUB/Switch, HTML, and computer hardware and software.
Monitor and troubleshoot network, computer systems, and equipment.- Input and maintain IP address.
Ensure security and privacy of networks, computer systems, and surveillance equipment.
- Assist operations on any hardware/software/network-related issues.
Document and regular maintenance logs of routers, switches, computer hardware, and peripherals.- Administer computer inventory and replacement process.
Responsible for testing the new program's efficiency and compatibility with Hotel operations.
- Set up new user accounts and maintain user accounts.
Monitors the Expiration license in all hardware and software aspects.- _Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications._
_Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues._
- _Troubleshoot network including access control, CCTV cameras._
