Job responsibilities:
- To be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
To talk to staffs through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software replace parts if required.- To provide technical assistance/support, including procedural documentation and relevant follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
Must be knowledgeable in PHP and Mysql
- At least 1 year of working experience in System Support/Programming
Skilled in system testing / debugging- Must be willing to travel
Resourcefulness ability to find solutions for every challenge
- Flexibility could blend and work efficiently in multi-cultural and multi-dimensional work environment with varying complexity
Leadership ability to guide others to achieve results and objectives- Project Management capacity to conceptualize and execute a project from start to finish
People Skills ability to mingle and work with people from different walks of life and different life perspectives
- Professionalism ability to deliver on promises and maintain objectivity.
