Installing and configuring computer hardware, software system, networks, printers, scanners, communications and CCTV.- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and computer systems and other IT hardware's.
Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing Technical support across the company ( this maybe in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users.- Securing all account access for disconnected employee.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Perform root cause analysis of the problems and provide corrective action.
Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.- Provide advice and training to other associates.
Testing new technology may contribute to the efficiency of the company
- Submit productivity reports every end of the month.
Spend extra hour need
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or IT Technical Course- Has knowledge in troubleshooting IT Hardware is a must
Knowledgeable in MS Office (word, excel, power point etc...)
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi task
Good communication skills- Fast learner can train and be trained on other field
Cost awareness on IT hardware.
