JOB SUMMARY:Responsible in supervising IT staff with the purpose of ensuring that assigned tasks are completed within the set deadline.
Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person via telephone. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
- DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. POINT OF SALE (POS)
Provides POS training to the Sales Associates
Provide remote technical support
Documents procedures
Maintains appropriate files and records such as incident reports and service call provided by Divergent
II. DESKTOP COMPUTER (PC)
Provides technical support in installing, configuring and testing end-user computer systems
Investigate and document technical issues.
Keeps accurate inventories of technology materials and equipment such as desktop, laptop, printer, etc.
Ensures standards are maintained in the quality of work produced and in the efficient operation of equipment
Communicate with PC software and hardware suppliers in relation to hardware/software errors.
Maintains a good relationship with software and hardware vendors.
III. CAMERA SURVIELLANCE
Randomly access video recording and playback
IV. TRAINING
To handle Point of Sale training activities including the preparation of scheduling.
V. BIOMETRIC
Registers new employee using a time-keeping program (Head Office/Outlets)
VI. Management
Take lead role in identifying root causes of business related problems and effectively define issues and propose solutions.
VII. APPRAISAL
Assist MIS Head in the selection, appraisal, development and motivation of subordinate employees in a manner which assures the appropriate staff is assigned and complies with organizational standard.
VIII. GENERAL
Performs other tasks assigned by the MIS Head from time to time
