Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- At least one (1) year experience in computer networks, operating systems and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Install, operate and maintain computer systems and other technologies.
- Configure hardware and software and set up peripherals such as printers, routers and scanners.
- Conduct periodic maintenance checks to determine if systems and equipment need to be updated, repaired or replaced.
- Provide daily technical support to users by responding to their inquiries, in person or through email or phone.
- Research and recommend system and equipment upgrades and manage equipment inventory.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
