JOB SUMMARY- Responsible for providing assistance in the resolution of problems, maintaining the integrity of the system through the proper implementation of policies, and providing support for Point of Sale (POS) users.
Responds, attends, analyzes, resolves and recommends permanent fixes to issues and be trusted advisors to user inquiries/concerns related to IT system problems, application, functional and technical sections
- Implements and supports projects of Store IT hardware, software and network requirements to contribute improvements for all Store IT system applications and services, including online services
Implements all IT requirements for new store, upgrades and any other store-based projects- Implements and supports all Distribution Center's IT infrastructure and systems
Supports Store Operations daily store activities like, but not limited to Start-of-Day and End-of-Day processes
- Conducts regular system maintenance and recommends solutions to improve system performance or refresh
Delivers on-time IT ticket handling and compliance to the agreed-upon SLA
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent- Preferably knowledgeable in the troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines
Background in the retail industry is an advantage
