You are a positive person and confident in providing technical and administrative assistance. You are organized, detail oriented, and makes sure tasks are completed satisfactorily. You may not have experience in all the tasks but very much willing to learn and improve yourself. You can work with minimal supervision.
- Monitor phone, email, social media accounts, and messaging for inquiries and support requests, ensuring response time commitments are met
Address inquiry and support tickets, monitor networked equipment, perform regular technology maintenance duties, and research possible technologies as assigned- Helping to install, configure and maintain the company's IT framework. Setting up hardware and software applications as and when required
Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
- Escalate unresolvable issues, problems and track these to constantly update concerned user
Assist in canvassing and evaluating technology requirements and purchases- Generate reports and create documentation as assigned
Organize and backup files and media
- Make graphics for ID, flyers, banners, images, etc.
Maintain our websites and social media pages- Create visually appealing graphics and visual content using various digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint
Assist with technical tasks such as setting up and maintaining software and hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing the team's digital tools and platforms
- Assist in company events and activities
Support the team with administrative tasks such as managing the team's calendar, responding to emails- Perform other tasks as assigned and needed
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related programs
Very good time management, organization, and administrative skills- Experience in multimedia, graphics
Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Very sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
