IT Asset Management Officer

The IT Asset Management Officer is responsible for the lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets from acquisition to disposal.

IT Asset Management

• Provides governance in ensuring effective implementation of IT Asset Management.
• Ensures accuracy of the IT asset inventory by implementing and maintaining programs and solutions that will keep track of all hardware and software assets.
• Assist in the processing of IT asset requests of employees including but not limited to PR/PO processing and GR processing.
• Monitor all tickets assigned to the vendor and ensure that SLAs are met.
• Process standardization requests for IT hardware and software assets.
• Create regular reports that may help the organization to do informed decision (e.g. inventory of obsolete hardware that need to be refreshed).
• Liaise with the vendor for any issue on the hardware supplied which is still under warranty.

Customer Service Management

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Ensures that SLAs are met in fulfilling requests related to IT Assets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Information Technology or any related courses.

Must have at least 3 years of experience doing IT asset management.

Knowledgeable on ITIL Service Asset Configuration Management.

Has good written and verbal communication skills.

Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
