Job Description:- Responsible for supporting the IT team of the organization to ensure services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations.
Act as the point of contact to follow up and monitor activities in the Help Desk Support and services delivery lifecycle.- Maintain all IT inventory and asset management by performing hardware and software audits.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and accuracy issues of the CMDB.
- Receives and responds to customer problems, issues, and requests.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, ensuring that information is up to date and accurate.
Bachelor Degree/Vocational course in IT- Familiar with IT Terminology and Functions
Proficient in using MS Office
- Strong English Communication skills
Knowledgeable with IT equipments, devices and peripherals.
