PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot technical and operational issues at the workplace
- Manage digital assets and infrastructure
Ensure the security of company data- Maintain and upgrade existing hardware devices
Maintain company assets such as laptop, computers, storage devices and peripherals
- Assist in preparing documentation and/or accountability upon issuance to team members.
Assist in calling vendors in terms of repairs and services on all office equipment
Research potential vendors- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate pricing and contract terms of agreement with vendors/suppliers
- Prepare Canvass Sheet (3 top suppliers) and prepare cost analysis
Coordinate with suppliers to place orders through Purchase Order (PO) and ensure timely delivery.- Review order specifications to confirm in meeting company standards
Prepare inventory report and asset registry of office equipment
- Establish relationship with suppliers to develop new business opportunities for the company.
Manage relationship with vendors, service providers and landlords to ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Organise and oversee day-to-day office facility and equipment including admin operations.- Liaise with facility management vendors
Partner with Human Resources to maintain office policies as necessary
- QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent course
- With 1 year of IT support experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Willing to work at 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM with 20% Night Differential Pay
Work days are from Monday to Friday
