DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate with Internal Clients on matters relating to the POS System;
- Troubleshoot POS System hardware and software issues either physically or online when applicable;
- Set up POS hardware and software in assigned stores;
- Pull-out POS hardware from assigned stores ; Facilitate POS training for Store Personnel.
- Upload Store Sales files to SAP;
- Communicate with Store Personnel to maintain timeliness and accuracy of Store Sales Files for SAP uploading; Coordinate with other departments the status of Store Sales files uploaded to or for uploading to SAP
- Set-up operating system, applications, and other software in computers;
- Solve IT related issues of internal customers over the phone, messaging apps, online meeting, or face-to-face;
- Coordinate with MIS Personnel on Daily IT Tickets from Stores;
Close IT tickets within Service Level Agreement duration.
- REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course
