Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and servers- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords Define network policies and procedures
- Assess, design, and make appropriate recommendations on network solutions
Provide technical support to all business units.- Responsible for supervising and handling staff under Infrastructure and Operations Support Division
