Qualifications- Graduate of a Computer or Information Technology Degree (BS-CS, BS IT, BS Computer Engineering or any IT related course)
Basic understanding of networkingRelevant experience in Network (MUST HAVE)
Certification is a plus but not required: CISCO CCNA or equivalent. Time management, work ethic, adaptability, creativity and teamwork
Configuration and troubleshooting of network devices and equipment
- Assist other engineers in providing support solutions
L1 phone/on-site support troubleshooting- Update report on timely manner
Hardware inventory
- Willing to work in overtime, weekend/holiday support and to deploy anywhere with their assigned areas
Always available if there is an urgent call
