ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Strictly open to all residents of Batangas City or nearby towns ONLY
- Must be willing to work onsite in Batangas City
Starting salary: PHP 13,000 per month

Job Description
- Asset Management.
- Maintain functionality of necessary office equipment.
- Manages the deployment and receiving of computer equipment to employees.
- Track and record the designation of assets.
- Analyzes equipment supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Perform inventory audit.
- Setup and update computer settings and software needs.
- Perform computer troubleshooting, repair, and formatting.
- Employee productivity monitoring administrator.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Manage filing systems.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Coordinate events if necessary.
- Participate in meetings with the management.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies and groups.
- Find ways to improve administrative processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience as IT support or staff is an advantage.
- High level of integrity.
- Knowledgeable in computer troubleshooting, formatting, and computer assembly.
- Conversant in English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Solid time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively negotiate and deal with people on behalf of the company at all levels.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
- Graduates of NC II Computer System Servicing are welcome to apply.
