Job Description

Position Title: IT Admin and Procurement Specialist
  • Location: BGC Office, Philippines
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Experience: At least 3 years of administrative working experience
  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year Degree course
  • Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Utilize strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, including:
MS Outlook
  • MS Teams
MS OneDrive
  • MS SharePoint
MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and functions.
Coordinate IT procurement and vendor relations.
  • Utilize administrative and finance skills in daily tasks.
Maintain a high level of organization and structure.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
Deliver results within specified timelines.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities within the IT department.
Nice to have: Working experience with SAP - Fi.
  • Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience with IT procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Highly organized and structured approach to work.
Proven ability to work efficiently within regular onsite working hours (9am to 6pm, Philippines Timezone) at the BGC office.
