Job Description

We are on the lookout for anAccount Managerwho will oversee the sales activities and develops relationships with customers in Davao Region. He/She will be responsible formanaging accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
  • Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;
  • Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies
  • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch point
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
