The IT Access Control Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining user access to our IT systems and ensuring compliance with security policies. This role involves monitoring access rights, implementing access controls, and collaborating with various departments to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
Administer and manage user access rights for various IT systems and applications.
- Monitor access control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to identify and mitigate potential security risks.- Work with IT and security teams to design, implement, and maintain access control policies and procedures.
Provide support for access-related incidents and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to access control and security best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of access control processes and changes.- Participate in security assessments and contribute to the development of security strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in access control, IT security, or a related role.
Strong understanding of access control concepts and best practices.
- Experience with access management tools and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.
