ISO Project Manager

Job Overview:

The ISO Project Manager & Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our ISO 27001 certification projects, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure. We are seeking an individual with both project management skills and deep knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard, with practical experience in its implementation. A strong IT background is essential, as understanding technical terms like Cloud, Logs, Disaster recovery, etc., is crucial in our business environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for excellence in quality management and the ability to adapt to the evolving technological landscape.

• Responsibilities:

Lead ISO 27001 certification projects (as well as GDPR and future projects), ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for ISO implementation.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining transparent communication with project stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an ISO Project Manager & Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing ISO

• Strong understanding of IT-specific requirements and terminology, such as Cloud computing, data logs, etc.

• Desired Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Adaptability and flexibility to manage project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

• A keen interest in quality management and a willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of ISO standards and their application.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Competencies:

Technical savviness with a solid understanding of the IT industry's challenges and opportunities.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate ISO standards with IT business processes.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary
