Collaborate effectively with the design team and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
- Manages consultant deliverables per clients schedule.
Support our regional counterpart in their Landscape and Irrigation design needs.- Review proposed irrigation and water feature systems and materials for local compliance, quality and suitability to local conditions.
Ensures designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements.
- Ensure designs/deliverables compliant with scope of work and contract requirements.
QA/QC design deliverables for completeness, utilities coordination, clash analysis and constructability.- Submit and track comments, queries, technical clarifications, etc.
Review materials samples, shop drawings, performance designs for compliance with specifications.
- Construction tender analysis, technical evaluations.
Write reports and presentations for client.- Designs irrigation fixtures & installation of fixtures to requirements specifications
Design of drip line, bubbler, pop-up spray sprinkler irrigation system, and prepared hydraulic calculation for the system.
- Prepare tender specification, tender Estimation & calculations.
Review irrigation programmes and make appropriate adjustments.- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on pump stations. Operate main pumps and pump controllers.
Support landscape maintenance team whenever needed.
- Carry out irrigation works on landscape improvement projects.
Plan and carry out irrigation network upgrade work in all properties.- Utilize your expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and other software to enhance project development and visualization.
Ensure compliance with WSP and industry standards in all drawings and deliverables.
- Review and analyze drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
Develops general arrangement drawings from Architects, sketches and other design team member drawings and details and- Ensure all relevant standards and guides are used in accordance with WSP QA processes.
Adopts new technologies and implements best practices.
- Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations.
Perform duties as requested from time to time.- Read and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for Health and Safety including the H&S Policy, H&S Manual, and Local Procedures Manual.
Ensure Emergency procedures are understood and followed.

- What We'll love About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Architectural/Landscape/Irrigation/Urban Planning Technician.
Essential: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Revit.- Essential: Minimum 1 years on irrigation design.
Essential: Proficiency in Autocad.
- Experience in Automatic / landscape irrigation.
Desirable: Experience with Fluid Dynamics/ Hydraulics Modelling.- Proven track record of producing high-quality architectural drawings and designs.
High level of proficiency in drafting and detailing.
- In-depth understanding of Revit/ CAD software and plugins, such as Ideate.
Attentive to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work.- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of projects.
Highly competent in communicating with peers, Team Leaders, Manager and Client. Both with written and oral communication.
