Invoicing in Exenta for local account and global accounts- Monitoring of shipments shipped
Moving of distro po in container (exenta - shipment maintenance) for CRV shipments
- Handling shipment ID# in Exenta
Checking / encoding invoice details in export monitoring report- Checking / encoding of PO's for open past cancel reports
Encoding all reports for soft copy filing and monitoring
- Invoicing of all accounts under Info Nexus
Any other tasks that may assigned from time to time
- From Logistics or Manufacturing Company (preferred but not required)
At least 2 years experience in invoicing and billing
- Graduate of BSBA major in Finance, Management accounting or and other related courses.
- Must be good at advanced excel and can easily adapt to the new system
Knows how to navigate Infor Nexus is a PLUS
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Location: Hightstreet South Corporate Plaza Tower 1, 26st. cor. 9th ave, BGC, Taguig
