URGENT HIRING!!
Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI) is in need of a INVOICING MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (On-Site)
- Telecommunications Company (Globe Telecommunication - GCash)

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Commerce, or any related courses.
  • _With at least 1 year of work experience as a Collections Assistant, and Admin Assistant in the Fintech / Telco or any related industries_
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently
  • Mission-driven and excited to work for an impact company
Must be amenable to working onsite daily.
  • Able to work collaboratively with other functions
Positive attitude and hardworking
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
Willing to work On-site (Globe Tower, BGC Taguig)
  • JOB SUMMARY - MAIN AREA'S OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assigned as the recipient of all the issued invoices/SOA/Sales Invoice by the vendors/suppliers and forward it to the proponents.
  • Monitoring if all the issued invoices/SOA/Sales Invoice by the vendors/suppliers were processed and paid
Assist with Tax group for the documents needed during the BIR audit
  • Filing and safekeeping of documents like official receipts, collection receipts and billings for future audit
Other admin work assistance to the group's day-to-day operations.

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Accounting Assistant or Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Process invoices: 1 year (Preferred)
Telco or Fintech Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
