Duties and Responsibilities
- Process machine request (for Brand New, Replacement, Demo, Upgrade, Meter & Fixed Monthly) with or without P.O thru Mrf Portal ( Davao, Bacolod, Ilo-ilo, Pampanga and Boracay)
- Process parts request for Technical, PMS, BDO and other branches such as Delsan Davao, Bacolod and Ilo-ilo (Brand new or cannibalized).
- Process toner request (for SM Branches, BDO regular order and all toners under Meter reading and fixed monthly)
- Input updated file for all cancelled transaction.
- Process BDO quarterly
- Creation of DR & Sales Invoice
- Handling email and telephone calls (Internal & Clients)
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that is related to the position.
Requirements
Education Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree Experience Minimum of 1 Year
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Accuracy and timeliness in the submission of reports/documents for countering purposes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software

- Strong work ethic and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
