Job Description

TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOME!
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key-ins accurately pertinent information of an order into the client-supplied application to meet project specifications.
  • Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field of order to ensure high quality and precision of output.
Adheres to the channel's standard operating procedures and work instructions in order to ensure smooth delivery of results.
  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training, when necessary, to keep oneself abreast.
Reports all issues encountered such as, but not limited to, problems with client-supplied applications, machine, or network breakdown, etc., to the immediate superior in order to resolve the given issues in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Required Competencies:
Knowledgeable in basic PC operations
  • Knowledgeable in internet and can easily learn and use client provided applications and software
Must possess typing skills of 200 CPM at 100% accuracy
  • Ability to analyze facts, and draw valid conclusions following the specified client instructions
Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to understand information presented orally and in writing
Coachable and willing to be trained
  • High and keen attention to details
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related business course
  • Experience in Tax processes.
Background in Finance or Accounting
