Job Responsibilities:- Generate and manage invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
Handle customer payments, including issuing refunds when necessary.- Update account records with new information and address customer inquiries and discrepancies.
Monitor processed invoices, back orders, and unreturned delivery receipts and invoices.
- Assist with maintaining accounts receivable and payable records, communicate effectively with clients, and handle administrative tasks as assigned while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or similar.
Solid understanding of accounting and invoicing procedures.- Hands -on experience with spreadsheets and databases.
Must have strong organizational skills in order to keep track of all of the different invoices they create
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be a team player, flexible.- Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude and customer service oriented.
