Investor Relations Officer

Job Scope:

Assist the Investor Relations and Financial Planning Manager in preparing and presenting investment materials, financial reports, business communications, and other marketing collaterals to potential investors or shareholders.

Understand the company's financial standing and business, and help organize shareholder events to engage stakeholders, build and enhance networks, gain support for the company, and attract and retain investors.

Provide support in the financial planning and budgeting process, preparing projections, forecasts, and conducting research as required by management.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year collegiate course, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

At least one year of experience in an officer position in a similar role.

Experience working with the SEC or in investment and financial management institutions.

Knowledgeable in Finance, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.
