Scope & Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
- Understand and communicate company structure, products, and plans to shareholders.
- Create marketing materials for shareholders.
- Organize events for shareholder engagement.
- Develop an Investor Relations program for communication.
- Provide updates on company status, finances, and plans.
- Present key information to investors and analysts.
- Manage FAQs and review information for accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between company and shareholders.
- Build networks with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments for information dissemination.
Human Resources
- Uphold company Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Organize department structure and staffing.
- Assist in talent acquisition and development.
- Set department KPIs and manage performance.
- Provide learning and development opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships within and between departments.
- Coach, counsel, and enforce company rules.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all reports and activities meet government regulations.
- Protect information integrity.
- Anticipate regulatory impacts and mitigate risks.
- Participate in audits and address findings.
- Provide guidance to other departments.
Health, Safety & Security
- Promote workplace safety and security.
- Report hazards and incidents.
- Guide team on emergency procedures.
- Develop business continuity plans.
- Participate in sustainability efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- A graduate of any four (4)-year collegiate course, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, and/or Economics.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience in a similar role is required.
- Must have experience with companies in a pre-IPO stage or those not yet listed publicly.
- Must possess an understanding of the financial standing of the company.
- Shows initiative in decision-making and adept at discerning the company's requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to engage shareholders and convey company information effectively.
- Proficient in marketing and delivering persuasive presentations tailored to shareholders.
- Strategic planning ability for Investor Relations, including event organization and communication strategies.
- Collaborative teamwork skills to facilitate seamless information flow across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and adeptness in risk management.
