Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field;
Has knowledge of an alternative investment industry particularly in investor relations;- Familiar with Subscription documents and the necessary information (FINRA, Tax Details, Benefit Plan Type and Investor Classifications);
Strong attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Detail-oriented and has very good organization skills;- Has good command of the English language, both oral and written;
Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs;
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews subscription documents for required investor information to prepare investor databases for different types of investment entities, including hedge funds and private equity funds and others;
- Prepares databases of investor information derived from fund subscription documents (Tax information, Wiring information, Contact information, etc.)
Communicates with various teams, including fund administration, tax and treasury group regarding the Investor details in the database;- Maintains and updates investor databases for clients with various requirements, including fund accounting and bank wire databases;
Updates investor information and provides the list to the Fund Administration team in a secure manner.
