Job Description- Project management and execution of key investment projects for AIC - Source, Buy, and Sell transactions in order to deliver on time and within the budget
Draft investment committee reports to a high standard using appropriate document styling, with zero errors.- Project management & quality control of presentations and other documents relating to investment projects
Project management and quality control financial modeling and investment analytics for investment projects
- Project manage the investment due diligence programme for Buy, and Sell processes, including managing the preparation of analysis and findings for the Investment Committee process
Conduct and review highly detailed research encompassing desktop and field research (akin to investigative journalism) in a timely and insightful manner- Prepare presentations for potential AIC investors with zero error rate
Prepare annual budget ensuring consistent, high quality financial modelling in line with AWN standards
- Mentor, coach and grow capability and skills of Investment Analyst(s) such that they are able to perform the role of Investment Manager(s) within an agreed time frame
Prepare and present Annual StratEx and COL presentations for AIC with zero error rate
- 10+ years of experience in banking, investment, and partnerships.
- This role will look for investment opportunities - so someone who can communicate well with potential investors
- Conduct market research, business analysis, financial projections, and operational reviews

Standard 8 hrs a day, 5x a week, this one is flexitime - working hours can be discussed
