Position Responsibilities:
The Investment Manager assesses investment proposals through extensive research, building robust financial models, and managing the due diligence process in order to generate timely and effective recommendations to Top Management. S/he sources leads on investment opportunities from various platforms and professional network to continuously build the business development pipeline of the department. S/he helps plan, organize, and execute GMA's business development activities and strategies that promote the long-term and sustainable growth of the organization. S/he also contributes to establishing and improving GMA's corporate investment strategy through a robust analysis of economic and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
a) Graduate of 4-year course, preferably in Business Management / Finance / Accountancy / Economics;
b) With at least 2 years in financial / marketing management and 10 years management experience in business development / general management, feasibility study, investment / proposals assessment;
c) Must have a strong background in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Research or Product Management;
d) Networking and investment deals sourcing;
e) Financial modelling, use of finance modelling tools;
f) Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, similar partnerships;
g) Investment portfolio management
