Job Description- Support the Investment Manager in financial modelling, applying corporate finance and valuation tools in the process
Support the Investment Manager in executing key investment projects, including Buy, Sell, and Raise transactions- Prepare business and financial analysis reports, financial models, valuation analysis reports, and other analytical tools used for the evaluation of potential investments
Conduct market research, business analysis, financial projections, and operational reviews
- Support the Investment Manager in the due diligence process, data room management, deal negotiations and post-completion turnover
Support existing portfolio investments by preparing operational dashboards, budgets, and performance monitoring
Experience in handling investments and account management- This role will look for investment opportunities - so someone who can communicate well with potential investors
Conduct market research, business analysis, financial projections, and operational reviews
Standard 8 hrs a day, 5x a week, this one is flexitime - working hours can be discussed
