Job Description:- Conducts investigation on all cases related to security operations or as may be requested by the clients and prepares investigation report with the necessary supporting documents (testimonies, admissions , photos, videos and others) and provide recommendations as to what action/s should be taken for the approval of the Operations Manager/Chief Operating Officer.
Conducts Field Inspection to monitor , assess and ensure good performance and appearance of the guards who must always wear complete and proper uniform and prepares report as to any noted violations.- Conducts physical inventory of issued equipment and documents purposely to ensure service ability, completion and deployed security personnel have up to date DDO's , security license and licenses for issued radios and firearms and prepares report as to any noted defect, lacking and /or incomplete.
Prepares and submits weekly accomplishment report and advance iterinary to the Operations Manager or Chief Operating Officer.
- Keeps Monitoring record on all noted violations and provides updates to the Operations Manager or Chief Operating Officer that corresponding disciplinary actions are imposed and/or necessary rectifications are made on time.
Assist in the conduct of security survey and preparations of Security plan for new clients and for the improvements of the security operations of the existing clients.- Conducts background investigations as maybe required for employment to a particular applicant and/or security officers who are designated as detachment commander or head guard which will serve as basis for the confirmation of designation.
Assist in the implementation of special projects ( surveillance and other covert operations)
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Operations Manager or Chief Operations Officer.
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate of BS Criminology or Any related Course.
With Experience in I&I is an advantage- Willing to do field works
