Plans and schedules cycle count as well as physical inventories in the warehouse- Monitors documentation of inventory in the system in order to ensure its accuracy compared to the actual physical count
Supervises Inventory Analyst, Industrial Engineers and Documentation Clerks in recording information
- Records incoming and outgoing stocks, records variances and breakages that could affect the accuracy of the inventory
Recommend solutions and methods for the improvement of current operations (manpower, utilities, warehouse layout and design)- Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors, Coordinators and Audit and Inventory team in order to address problems that arises during inventory.
Industrial Engineering or any Engineering course preferred or any related course- Strong background in warehouse inventory and documentation or with experience in data analytics
Experience in using SAP or any other Inventory Software application.
- Strong background in MS Advanced Excel application particularly in Pivot Table, V-look-up and other advanced MS Excel commands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Willing to work with warehouse people, can work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
The ideal candidate for this position must be willing to interact with warehouse people in analyzing current situation of the warehouse inventories, good problem solving skills, good in forward planning and strategic thinking and a good communicator.
