Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels. Youwill oversee the daily activities of the inventory staff, analyze inventory data, and ensure accuracy of inventory records. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies, as well as assist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory.

Inventory Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and customer purchase trends to ensure that goals are met and inventory is always available

Develop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs.

• Accurately record and document inventory data

Provide guidance and leadership to the inventory staff

• Assist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory items

Review inventory records and transactions for accuracy

• Track inventory levels and report on any changes or trends

Prepare and submit reports to management

Inventory Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Previous experience as an Inventory Supervisor or related position

• Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices

Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access

Pay: Php20,
