Oversee and manage all inventory-related activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Supervise and lead a team of inventory clerks, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, variances, and turnover rates to senior management.
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align inventory levels with business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase inventory accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus).
- Preferably with years of experience in inventory management and in supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
