Qualifications :
Graduate of any business related courses,
Industrial Engineer Graduate is an advantage
Has passion in the e-Commerce industry
Resolving customer issues to ensure prompt collection of balances
Serve as the primary source of issues resolution to all collections reps
Build effective relations with internal partners such as Billing, Cash Apps, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and others
Reviews investigation reports to clarify issues, concerns, grievances, and interests of all parties involved
Makes proper recommendation based on results of investigation conducted
Willing to work ASAP
Willing to work at San Pedro Laguna
