Job Description

Job Title : GENERAL SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Business Course preferably Business Administration
With experience in inventory management is a plus
  • Willing to work in San Pedro Laguna.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Checks specifications of all materials being received.
Ensures timely issuance of all requested materials.
  • Ensures all inventory of materials are at min-max level.
Verifies the availability of supplies in the warehouse.
  • Transmits the recorded material request form to warehouse personnel and relays instructions on issuance and dispatch.
Processing of bills and payments of utility bills, water bill, telecom bills, etc.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,
  • 00 per month
